Red-flags are automatic governance triggers. They exist to make structural correction visible, timely, and enforceable.

Red-Flag Triggers

Allocation Compliance Rate (ACR) < 100%
Treasury Solvency Ratio (TSR) < 1.0
Reporting cadence missed
Governance override incident executed
PAUSE protocol initiated
Revenue Concentration Ratio (RCR) > 35%

Review Window

Upon any red-flag, guardians must review within 7 days. A public status update is required. No silent correction is permitted.

PAUSE Protocol

If structural integrity is threatened, the allocation engine and new automation intake may be paused under multisig authorization with public justification and resumption criteria.
